Step Rates for Hourly Employees

Rates for new employees’ start 25% (23%) below applicable job rate and full-job rates are reached after 5 years of service [18 months].

Job Security

Effective June 1, 2013, current Loomis owner operator line haul drivers coming in or out of the Brampton Hub will remain with the company and not be subject to termination or layoff [new addition].
