Benefits eligibility: all benefits will continue to the earlier of age 70, including retirement or termination of employment [to age 65].

Leave

Parental leave: 37 [12] consecutive weeks without pay or 35 consecutive weeks in the case of a birth mother who takes maternity leave. The leave period may be extended by an additional 5 weeks in accordance with the Employment Standards Act.

Bereavement leave: 2 consecutive days without pay may be granted to employees who are required to travel in order to attend the funeral.
