Wage Progression for New Hires
Employees hired after September 1, 2011, start 20,0% below applicable job rate until completion of 12 (6) months; 10,0% below until 24 (18) months; and full-job rates reached after 24 months.

Scheduling (new addition): In September of each year, the union will hold a shift pick for each department. Each department will provide full-time and part-time employees shifts picked by seniority by classification. Any employee not making a selection will have a shift selected/assigned to them. Part-time employees will be allowed to choose up to three shifts per week as per their seniority.

Job Security
