Lump-Sum Payments

Hours of Work

42.5 per week, including lunch and breaks (unchanged).

Reporting Pay

Maximum of 4 hours pay at their regular hourly rate when employee reports for a scheduled meeting or training and there is no meeting or training (new addition).

Paid Vacation

Full-time Employees: 120 hours earned at 6.0% after 1 year, 160 at 8.0% after 8, 200 at 10% after 15, and 240 at 12.0% after 26 (unchanged).

Part-time Employees: 2 weeks and 10 (5) days earned at 8.0% after 8 years. Also, 2 weeks and 5 days earned at 6.0% after 1 year, 3 weeks and 10 days at 10.0% after 15, and 4 weeks and 10 days at 12.0% after 26 years (unchanged).

Health and Welfare

Employer/Employee Contributions: 75%/25% (100%) cost sharing for part-time employees who have worked 520 hours in the previous six months.

Life Insurance: Effective April 1, 2013, $30,000 ($20,000) for part-time employees.

Sick Leave

Part-time employees will be allowed to carry up to 3 days of earned lieu time for sick days (new addition).
