Cost-of-Living Allowance
An amount equal to 1¢ per 0.07 point increase in the Canada All-Items CPI (2002=100) over 12 quarterly calculations. First calculation, in April 2014, compares CPI average for December 2013 to February 2014 period with that of previous quarter; last adjustment occurs in January 2018. Any amount generated will be folded into wages on a quarterly basis.

Pension Plan
Employer Contribution to Money Purchase Pension Plan: Matching contributions of 3.0% of salary [unchanged], becoming 4.0% [6.0%] for employees with 15 [10] years’ service or more.
