Health and Welfare

Medical Examination: Effective September 1, 2012, employer will reimburse to a maximum of $110 ($100) for the cost of maintaining a Class B driver license renewal every 3 years and every year for drivers over 65; September 1, 2013, $120.

Allowances

Uniform: Employer will provide properly fitting protective clothing/gloves for each employee (new addition).

Bus Washing at Home: $11 ($9.33) a wash; September 1, 2012, $12; September 1, 2013, $13.

Hydro: $20 ($19) per month.

Body Fluid Kit Disposal (new addition)

Every bus will be equipped with a body fluid clean up kit and employees will be trained on its use. No driver will be required to clean up their bus after using the kit. If a kit is used, the bus will be brought into the branch for disinfection.
