Premiums

Any hours scheduled on a Sun/Saturday and Monday will be deducted from one of the working days during the week to maintain a 40 hour week. This will be compensated by a $10 premium paid in addition to the employee’s regular rate of pay for each hour worked on a Sunday/Saturday and Monday. Each employee can be scheduled to work a maximum of three shifts in each calendar year. [New addition]

Hazardous materials Premium; 1$ per hour will be paid to the qualified employee on duty working with hazardous materials including storage, disposal and reporting in accordance with applicable regulations. [New addition]

Ground search team member Premium: GS Team Members receive a monthly premium in addition to their basic pay to compensate for their added responsibilities:
