Overtime

Effective on the date of signing of the collective agreement, if an employee works 44 hours from Monday to Friday, the first eight hours worked on Saturday will be paid at the rate of time and a half rate, and after eight hours, at the double time rate. If the employee works 40 hours, the employee will be paid at the time and a half rate after four hours of work, and at the double time rate after eight hours of work, [new addition].

Employer contribution:

Effective on the date of signing of the collective agreement, the employer may voluntarily contribute to the three reserve funds: health and welfare, registered retirement savings plan and pension fund, up to a maximum of 1800 hours [new addition].
