Short-Term Incentive Program

Effective in the fiscal year 2014, 2015, 2016 and provided company and department targets of 5.0% are achieved; eligible employees will receive 0% to 8.0% payment of base income as a lump-sum payment. If targets are not met, no payout will be made [unchanged].
