Overtime
Employees who work overtime or sent home early and are dependent on public transit will be allowed to leave if the next bus departure is in excess of 1 hour and there is no other means of transportation [new addition].
Night Premium

Paid Vacation

Health and Welfare Benefits
Benefit Trust Fund: Effective December 8, 2014, $0 [$0.40] per hour; July 2016, $0.25; July 2017, $0.30; July 2018, $0.35; July 2019, $0.40.
Dental Plan: Employer contributes $0.32 [$0.29] per hour.
Medical Certificate: The employer will pay the cost of any other medical certificates, as well as any Functional Abilities Evaluations (FAE) or any other documentation it requires an employee to provide in relation to absence due to medical incapacity, graduated return to work or workplace accommodations [new addition].
