Incentive Plan

Employee’s progression within the salary range is based on performance. An employee whose salary falls below the base pay maximum is receive additional salary adjustments of 1.5% on each of April 1, 2014, April 1, 2015, and October 1, 2016. These increases may be withheld if there are concerns about the employee’s performance [unchanged].
