Variable Pay Plan

Employees in Salary Groups 301, 302, 303, 304, and 305 are eligible to participate in the Variable Pay Plan and receive a Target bonus of up to 2.0% of regular earnings, payable in lump-sum form in the following calendar year; employees in Salary Groups 306, 307, and 308 are eligible to receive a Target bonus of up to 7.0% of regular earnings. The employer has sole and exclusive right to design the Plan, determine whether financial targets have been met, and implement changes prior to the beginning of any new Plan year [unchanged]. Overtime

Employees working remotely or at their place of residence will be paid overtime rates as follows: Monday to Friday/Weekends/Holidays between 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. will be paid a minimum of 15 minutes or total time worked whichever is greater; 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., minimum of 1 hour or time worked whichever is greater [new addition].

Paid Vacation

Employees hired after July 29, 2013, receive 3 weeks after 2 years [new addition]. Also, employees hired prior to July 29, 2013, receive 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 after 6, 5 after 14, 6 after 21, and 7 after 34 [unchanged]. Vacations in excess of three weeks may be taken on a consecutive basis only between November 1st and April 30th, or arranged by the employee’s manager [unchanged].

Banking: Maximum of 5 days’ vacation credits or 5 days’ vacation overtime credits per vacation year; employees aged 51 and over, maximum of 10 days’ vacation credits or 10 days’ vacation overtime credits per vacation year [both unchanged]. Health and Welfare
