Premiums
Rotating shifts: As of July 10, 2012, a lump sum amount of $350.00 per year for employees working compressed hours [new provision].

As of July 10, 2012, members of the Canine Unit will receive a premium of $1,300 [$1,200] per year.

Benefits and Insurance
Dental crown: As of August 10, 2012, $1,250 annual amount; $1,750 as of January 1, 2013, and $2,000 as of January 1, 2014 [new provision].
Vision care: As of January 1, 2013, coverage will increase to $375.00 [$350.00] and to $400.00 as of January 1, 2014.
Physiotherapy, massage therapy and chiropractor: As of January 1, 2013, $65.00 [$50.00] per visit, to a maximum of $600.00 [$500.00] and a maximum of $700.00 as of January 1, 2014.
