Supplemental Adjustments to Maintenance Classifications
Effective January 1, 2013, and January 1, 2015, all maintenance classifications receive a 25¢ per hour adjustment in addition to the general wage increase.

Supplementary Vacation: Employees who have completed their second, eighth, fourteenth, nineteenth, and twenty-fourth year of service receive, on a one-time basis, one extra week’s entitlement. Such week must be taken between the applicable anniversary date and the end of the calendar year in which the anniversary occurs [unchanged].
Health and Welfare
Sickness Indemnity Plan: $600 [$408] per week for a maximum 78-week period.
Long-Term Disability: Maximum of $2,500 [$2,000] per month.
Premium Assistance for Retirees: Employer will provide up to $1,500 per year in premium assistance for retired employees between the ages of 65 and 70 who have obtained health or dental coverage through an insurance plan [new addition].
Pension Plan
Employer Contribution: $3.69 [$3.19] per hour worked to Port of Vancouver Terminal Elevator Industry Pension Plan; January 1, 2012, $4.19; January 1, 2013, $4.69; January 1, 2014, $5.19; and, January 1, 2015, $5.69. Employee contributions increase as follows: January 1, 2011, $2.50 [$2.00] per hour worked; January 1, 2012, $3.00; January 1, 2013, $3.50; January 1, 2014, $4.00; and, January 1, 2015, $4.50.
