Team Leader [new addition]: $1.00 per hour, with those receiving a higher premium excluded.

Paid Holidays

10 days plus December holiday period [unchanged].

Paid Vacation

Employees hired prior to September 24, 2012: 80 hours after 1 year; 88 after 2; 140 after 3; 160 after 5; 180 after 10; 200 after 15; and 240 after 20 [unchanged].

Employees hired on or after September 24, 2012: 80 hours after 1 year; 88 after 2; 96 after 3; 104 after 4; 112 after 5; 120 after 6; 180 after 10; 200 after 15; and 240 after 20 [unchanged].

Health and Welfare

Dental Plan: Coverage to include structure, installation, and crown of implant expenses [new addition].  Effective January 1, 2017, Ontario Dental Association Fee Schedule will be updated to the 2016 [2014] fee schedule with a one year lag thereafter.

Vision Care: Effective January 1, 2017, $400 [$345] for laser eye surgery lifetime benefit.

Deductible: Health care deductible for retirees reduced by 50% for retired members [$97.20] and their spouses [$48.60].

Life Insurance: Reductions begin at retirement [previously 65] and dependent life insurance for total disability will now be 25 [19].

Prostate Testing [new addition]: Maximum of $15 per test for 50 years of age or older.

Physiotherapy: Effective January 1, 2017, $50 per visit to a maximum of $200 per benefit year [new addition].

Psychologist: Effective January 1, 2017, $50 per visit to a maximum of $650 [$625] per year.

Counselling:  Effective January 1, 2017, coverage will now include psychologists and psychotherapists at $50 per visit to a maximum of $650 per year [new addition].

Pension Plan

Defined Contribution Plan [new addition]:  Employees hired on or after September 19, 2016 will now belong to the new defined contribution plan.  Employee/Employer contributions will be 4.0% of pensionable earnings per month and should an employee contribute an additional 1.0% the employer will provide an extra 2.0%.

Employee Family Assistance Program

$500,000 [$465,000] over life of the agreement for family counselling as a result of addiction. $50,000 for a Mental Health Treatment Pilot Project [new addition].

Job Security

Windsor [new addition]:  Employer commitment that the Essex Engine Plant will remain the sole source for all 5.0 litre engine assemblies and machining and Windsor Engine Plant will be the sole source for 6.8 litre engine assembly and machining.

Oakville Assembly [new addition]:  Oakville Plant will be the sole source for the Flex/MKT market.
