Gain Share Plan

Health and Welfare Plan

Dental Plan: Effective January 1, 2012, annual maximum increased to $2,500 ($2,000).

Vision Care Plan: Effective January 1, 2012, maximum reimbursement of $350 may be applied to laser eye surgery (new addition); eye exam coverage increases to $75 ($60).

Medical Reports: Employer reimbursement for company-required medical documentation is increased to $60 ($50).

Pension Plan

Basic Benefit Per Month Per Year of Service: Effective January 1, 2012, $63 ($58) and applicable for service from January 1, 1991; January 1, 2014, $64; service prior to January 1, 1991, $20 (unchanged).
